1. Who we are

"Bandeoke" (we, us, our) is a live-band karaoke night and the team that runs it, based in Liverpool, UK. For any privacy question, email hello@bandeoke.app.

2. Sales & web enquiry data

This section covers data submitted via bandeoke.app — the contact form, direct emails, and any enquiry about hosting a night.

What we collect

• Your name and email address
• The venue or organisation you represent (if you tell us)
• The content of your message

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry
• To follow up about a possible booking
• To keep a basic record of business conversations

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless we enter into a contract, in which case we retain them for the duration of the working relationship plus 6 years for legal/accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

Nobody, beyond the email and CRM tools we use to run the business. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for marketing without your consent.

3. The live queue app (sing.bandeoke.app)

On the night, guests use the live queue app to submit song requests. That app collects only:

• A display name you choose (a nickname is fine)
• The song you've requested
• Basic, non-identifying session info to make the queue work

We don't collect your phone number, email, location, or any social identifier. Queue data is deleted shortly after each event.

4. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a portable copy. Email hello@bandeoke.app and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO.

5. Cookies

This marketing site uses only essential cookies needed to serve the page. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
