We made the karaoke night we wanted to be at.

Bandeoke started in a back room at O'Neill's Liverpool on a midweek night that nobody was showing up for. The band were tired of empty rooms. The venue was tired of empty tills. We knew karaoke pulled a crowd — we just didn't want to stare at a backing track.

So we ran a Saturday with a live four-piece, a tablet QR, and a host with a clipboard. People stayed. People came back. People dragged their friends. By month three we were turning people away at the door.

That night still runs every week. The clipboard's gone — replaced by a proper queue app we built so the host can keep the room moving without losing track of who's next. Now we're rolling it out to other venues.
